All state agencies, departments, institutions, and political subdivisions providing programs or services to children must create an annual itemized list detailing those programs

Required information includes program descriptions categorized by target population and geographic region, resource mapping of all federal and state funds received, operating costs, number of children served, and performance measures with intended and actual outcomes

Itemized lists must be submitted to the John C. Stennis Institute of Government at Mississippi State University by September 1 of each year

The Stennis Institute must compile all submissions into a single document organized by both programs/services and by the providing agencies, then deliver it to leadership of the Appropriations, Education, and Public Health committees in both legislative chambers by December 1
