Amends Mississippi Code Section 77-3-703 to subject political calls to the Mississippi Telephone Solicitation Act, in addition to existing political call regulations under Section 23-15-875.

Expands the definition of "telephone solicitation" in Section 77-3-705 to include voice communications urging support or opposition for political candidates running for elective office.

Allows consumers to object to political telephone calls by notifying the Mississippi Public Service Commission, with such calls becoming prohibited once the consumer registers their objection.

Applies the same consumer protections and prohibitions for political calls as currently exist for commercial telemarketing solicitations and charitable fundraising calls.

Effective date: July 1, 2015.
