Amends Mississippi Code Sections 33-15-19 and 33-15-14 to clarify that the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency can sponsor and develop mutual aid plans and agreements with the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians and political subdivisions of the state.

Authorizes the Statewide Mutual Aid Compact (SMAC) to include the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians alongside municipalities and counties for standardized mutual aid arrangements, liability protection, and reimbursement procedures.

Expands the agency's authority to require political subdivisions to provide equipment, supplies, and resources not only for the state and its political subdivisions but also for the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians during emergencies.

Establishes that the agency shall sponsor and develop mutual aid plans and agreements between political subdivisions and the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians similar to mutual aid arrangements with other states.

Takes effect upon passage.
