Allows employees and authorized agents of limited license rental car companies to receive compensation (including commissions and bonuses) for insurance activities that are incidental to their overall compensation without requiring additional licensing.

Permits rental car company employees and agents to offer, sell, or solicit specific types of insurance (personal accident, liability, personal effects, roadside assistance, and other Commissioner-designated coverage) in connection with rental car transactions under the company's limited license.

Requires each limited license rental car company to conduct training programs for employees and authorized agents on the specified insurance types and provide ongoing supervision of their insurance sales activities.

Amends Mississippi Code sections 83-17-7, 83-17-55, 83-17-63, and 83-17-73 to exempt rental car company employees and agents from general insurance producer licensing requirements while allowing them to receive insurance-related compensation.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
