Expands eligible employment locations for Mississippi Dyslexia Education Forgivable Loan recipients to include up to five teachers of dyslexia therapy working in eligible nonpublic special purpose schools, in addition to public school districts.

Requires the State Department of Education to submit annual reports (instead of one-time report) to the Legislature detailing program participants, service records, and fund allocations.

Authorizes the State Department of Education to provide up to $50,000 annually per public school district for recruitment, placement, and curriculum support of licensed dyslexia therapy professionals, subject to legislative appropriation.

Establishes criteria for school districts to receive funding, including use of licensed dyslexia therapists, daily Orton-Gillingham-based therapy, trained school leadership, and a current School Program Verification and Assurances form on file.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
