Amends Section 9-23-15 to clarify eligibility criteria for drug court participation in Mississippi.

Excludes participation from individuals with felony convictions for crimes of violence within the previous 10 years, or who are currently charged with crimes of violence.

Prohibits participation for charges involving burglary of a dwelling, driving under the influence resulting in death, or trafficking in controlled substances.

Requires drug court participants to undergo chemical testing as specified by the court, with participants liable for testing costs unless the judge waives fees.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
