Amends Section 37-11-29 to prohibit mandatory reporters under Sections 97-5-51 and 43-21-353 from delegating their reporting duties to another person regarding child abuse, child sexual abuse, child neglect, and sex crimes against minors.

Requires mandatory reporters to personally file reports of child abuse, child sexual abuse, and child neglect rather than assigning the responsibility to others.

Specifies that child abuse, child sexual abuse, and child neglect cases fall under Section 43-21-353 reporting requirements and sex crimes against minors fall under Section 97-5-51 reporting requirements.

Effective date is July 1, 2015.
