Authorizes school district boards of trustees to sell computers, peripheral equipment, and adaptive devices to grade 12 students who have satisfied all graduation requirements and received the devices during the academic year.

Students who verify acceptance to any Mississippi public or private two-year or four-year college or university pay $1.00 for the device; students without verified college acceptance pay $75.00.

All sales are final without warranty of merchantability, and proceeds from sales are deposited into the school maintenance fund.

Applies the authorization to charter schools and their governing boards.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
