Amends Section 83-11-101 of Mississippi Code to eliminate the written rejection option for uninsured motorist coverage, making such coverage mandatory in all automobile liability insurance policies issued after the effective date.

Requires bodily injury uninsured motorist coverage with limits no less than those set by Mississippi Motor Vehicle Safety Responsibility Law, with option for insureds to increase limits up to their policy's bodily injury liability limits.

Requires property damage uninsured motorist coverage with limits no less than those set by Mississippi Motor Vehicle Safety Responsibility Law, with an allowable deductible of $200 and option for insureds to increase limits.

Removes provisions that previously allowed insureds to reject uninsured motorist coverage in writing and allowed insurers to deny renewal coverage without a written request.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
