Creates a 17-member Task Force on the Study of the Impact of Immigrants on Poverty in Mississippi, composed of legislators, state agency representatives, immigrant rights advocates, and a University of Mississippi Medical Center representative

Requires the task force to review both positive and negative economic impacts of immigrants on poverty, including effects on employment opportunities for state residents

Directs study of state costs for providing public benefits (healthcare, education) to immigrants versus economic contributions through businesses, jobs, consumer spending, and taxes paid over the previous five years

Task force must hold its first meeting by June 1, 2015, with members serving without compensation and no state funds appropriated; may accept private or public donations

Requires legislative recommendations based on findings; provisions expire July 1, 2018
