Amends Mississippi Code Section 45-41-1 to explicitly include Alzheimer's disease as a qualifying cognitive impairment for the Silver Alert System.

Adds Alzheimer's disease references throughout the Silver Alert System Act of 2010, including in legislative findings and activation criteria for missing endangered adults age 18 and older.

Maintains existing Silver Alert activation requirements: missing person report must be filed with local law enforcement, person must be believed in imminent danger, and law enforcement must report to Bureau of Investigation through Mississippi Highway Patrol Headquarters Communication Center.

Preserves tiered response system allowing local, statewide, or national alerts based on available information, with public notification through media and emergency broadcast systems.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
