Expands Medicaid eligibility in Mississippi to individuals under 65 years of age who are not pregnant, not enrolled in Medicare, and whose income does not exceed 133% of the federal poverty level

Authorizes coverage under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) Medicaid expansion provisions

Requires eligible individuals under the expansion to receive benchmark or benchmark-equivalent coverage as described in Section 1937 of the federal Social Security Act

Assigns the Division of Medicaid responsibility for determining eligibility for the newly covered population

Effective date of July 1, 2015
