Amends sections 63-5-19 and 63-7-47 of Mississippi Code to allow timber with evenly cut logs extending more than 4 feet beyond a vehicle's rear to be transported at night if equipped with an amber strobe or LED light at the load's end.

Modifies the nighttime transportation restriction in section 63-5-19(6) by referencing section 63-7-47, permitting projecting timber loads during hours between one-half hour before sunset and one-half hour after sunrise when properly lit.

Requires timber loads extending more than 4 feet beyond the vehicle bed or trailer to have evenly cut logs and an amber strobe-type lamp or LED light affixed as close as practical to the end of the load for nighttime operation.

Effective date is July 1, 2015.
