Prohibits state institutions of higher learning and public community/junior colleges from denying recognition, privileges, or benefits to student organizations based on religious content of their speech or worship activities.

Allows religious student organizations to restrict leadership positions, membership, and decision-making roles to persons committed to the organization's religious mission.

Permits religious student organizations to determine their internal affairs, select leaders and members, define doctrines, and resolve disputes based on religious mission requirements.

Applies to all state institutions of higher learning named in Section 37-101-1 and all public community or junior colleges in Mississippi.

Effective date: July 1, 2015.
