Amends Mississippi Code Section 83-9-3 to include automobile insurance policies covering health and accident insurance in assignment of benefits requirements.

Prohibits commercial insurers from limiting or restricting an insured's ability to assign benefits to a licensed health care provider.

Requires insurers to honor benefit assignments for a period of one year from the initial date of assignment.

Effective July 1, 2015.
