Authorizes the Commissioner of the Department of Corrections to request unmarked vehicles from the Governor when identifying marks would hinder official investigations.

Amends Section 25-1-87 of the Mississippi Code to add the MDOC Commissioner to the list of state officials authorized to request unmarked vehicles under specified conditions.

Requires written requests for unmarked vehicles to include the manufacturer's serial number, state inventory number, and explanation for why the vehicle should be exempt from marking requirements.

Requires the Governor to provide the State Department of Audit with copies of written authority approving unmarked vehicle use for oversight and compliance purposes.
