Amends Mississippi Code sections relating to candidate qualifying deadlines to clarify that if a deadline falls on Saturday, Sunday, or a legal holiday, the deadline is moved to 5:00 p.m. on the last business day immediately preceding that date.

Applies the business day deadline adjustment to multiple election contexts: party primary candidate assessments (Section 23-15-299), independent and special election candidate petitions (Section 23-15-359), congressional special election candidate qualifications (Section 23-15-853), and judicial office candidate filings (Section 23-15-977).

Adds similar deadline adjustment language to community hospital trustee board candidate petition filings under Section 41-13-29, moving the deadline to the last business day if it falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
