Amends Section 23-15-595 of Mississippi Code to modify requirements for sealing ballot boxes used in political elections.

Requires ballot box seals to be made of metal or plastic and engraved or permanently stamped with a unique numeric identifier conforming to the ballot box design.

Mandates seals be numbered consecutively to match the total number of ballot boxes used in the county election, with the circuit clerk maintaining a separate record of each seal number.

Requires the county board of supervisors to pay for providing the seals.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
