Amends Section 23-15-227 of the Mississippi Code to authorize mileage reimbursement for poll workers required to return to the registrar's office after polls close on election day.

Expands existing mileage reimbursement eligibility to include any manager, clerk, or other person present at the voting precinct who is required by the registrar to return to the registrar's office after the election.

Establishes mileage reimbursement at the federal employee rate for privately owned vehicles, applicable to miles traveled in excess of ten (10) miles.

Maintains existing compensation structure: managers and clerks receive $75.00 per election with discretionary board authority to pay up to an additional $50.00 per election.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
