Authorizes the Commission on Proprietary School and College Registration to enter into interstate reciprocity agreements allowing registered schools to offer postsecondary distance education from approved Mississippi locations.

Participation in interstate reciprocity agreements is voluntary for registrants.

Commission may establish fees for participating registrants to cover direct and indirect administrative costs related to reciprocity agreements.

Commission may enter into agreements with other state agencies regarding state responsibilities and may form committees to establish policies and processes.

Non-participating registrants retain the right to offer postsecondary distance education without joining reciprocity agreements.

Effective July 1, 2015.
