Creates Section 83-9-24 of Mississippi Code to regulate cost-sharing for anti-cancer medications in health plans and policies.

Prohibits health plans from charging higher co-payments, deductibles, or coinsurance for patient-administered anti-cancer medications (oral or self-injected) than for provider-administered medications (injected or intravenously administered).

Defines "anti-cancer medication" as drugs and biologics used to kill, slow, or prevent growth of cancerous cells.

Prohibits health plans from complying with the requirement by increasing costs for injected or intravenous anti-cancer medications or reclassifying benefit categories for anti-cancer medications.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
