Authorizes marshals and constables to receive payment for civil service of process even when service is unsuccessful, provided diligent search and inquiry has been conducted.

Applies the unsuccessful service payment authorization to the base civil case fee of $35.00 and the additional $5.00 fee for each defendant beyond the first.

Allows an additional $15.00 fee for each subsequent attempt at service of process when initial service is unsuccessful after diligent search and inquiry, regardless of whether subsequent attempts succeed.

Permits constables serving defendants in counties other than where the suit was filed to receive an additional $15.00 fee regardless of whether service of process is ultimately successful after diligent search and inquiry.

Becomes effective July 1, 2015.
