Changes the name of the "Children's Justice Center" to "Children's Safe Center" throughout Mississippi Code sections 37-115-43, 41-111-1, and 99-19-73.

Renames the special fund in the State Treasury from "Children's Justice Center Fund" to "Children's Safe Center Fund" and maintains its use to support the Center of Excellence at the University of Mississippi Medical Center for care of abused and neglected children.

Updates the Child Death Review Panel membership to reference the "Mississippi Children's Safe Center" instead of "Children's Justice Center."

Updates the state assessment schedule for traffic violations and other offenses to direct $2.21 per violation to the renamed "Children's Safe Center Fund" (amount remains unchanged).

Takes effect upon passage.
