Direct the Mississippi Department of Transportation to construct, reconstruct, straighten and realign a segment of Highway 315 in Panola County

Designate the Highway 315 segment as part of the state highway system under the jurisdiction of the Mississippi Transportation Commission

Define the project segment as approximately 4 miles in length, beginning at the existing Mississippi 315 in Section 30, Township 8 South, Range 5 West, and extending southeasterly to intersect Mississippi 6 in Section 32, Township 8 South, Range 5 West

Take effect July 1, 2015
