Repeals Sections 63-13-1 through 63-13-29 of the Mississippi Code, eliminating the requirement for annual safety inspections of motor vehicles and the issuance of inspection certificates

Removes references to inspection certificates from the driver's license examination process, though license examiners must still inspect horn, lights, brakes, vehicle registration, and proof of liability coverage before testing applicants

Eliminates the requirement for official motor vehicle inspection stations to issue labels certifying window tint compliance and removes the $5.00 tinting inspection fee

Removes the prohibition on issuing motor vehicle inspection certificates for vehicles with darkened windows, as the inspection certificate requirement is abolished

Effective date of July 1, 2015
