Recognizes Bishop Dr. Arnold Stanton, Sr., pastor and founder of New Life Cathedral of Worship in Hazlehurst, Mississippi, for his decades of ministerial service.

Acknowledges Dr. Stanton's acceptance of his call to ministry in April 1974 and over 30 continuous years of service in Hazlehurst beginning at Greater Damascus Church.

Honors his founding of New Life Evangelical Christian Fellowship Church on January 1, 1995 (renamed New Life Cathedral of Worship in 2000) and his appointment as Regional Overseer for the Southern Region of the International Network of Affiliated Ministries in 1997.

Commends Dr. Stanton for establishing the New Life International Fellowship Empowerment Network (NLIFE Network) beginning in 2009, which provides spiritual covering for over 75 churches and ministries across South Africa, Nigeria, the Philippines, and the United States.

Celebrates his significant milestones in 2014 including his 60th birthday and 40th year in ministry, and the 20th year anniversary of New Life Cathedral of Worship in January 2015.
