Proposes amendment to Section 42 of the Mississippi Constitution of 1890 to lower the minimum age requirement for Mississippi State Senate members from 25 years to 18 years of age.

Maintains other eligibility requirements: must be a qualified elector of the state for 4 years and an actual resident of the district for 2 years before election.

Submitted to qualified electors for vote on the first Tuesday after the first Monday of November 2015.

Ballot explanation states: "This proposed constitutional amendment will lower the minimum age requirement to serve as a member of the Mississippi State Senate from twenty-five to eighteen years of age."
