Commends and congratulates Dr. Glenda B. Glover of Jackson, Mississippi, for her selection as First Supreme Anti-Basileus for Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Recognizes Dr. Glover's educational credentials including a B.S. in mathematics from Tennessee State University, MBA from Clark-Atlanta University, Ph.D. from George Washington University, and J.D. from Georgetown University, making her one of only two African-American females with the CPA, Ph.D., and J.D. combination in the United States.

Acknowledges her role as President of Tennessee State University and her prior service as Dean of the College of Business at Jackson State University, where she implemented the first Ph.D. in Business at a Historically Black College or University.

Highlights her vision and accomplishments as First Supreme Anti-Basileus, including promoting sisterhood stability, ensuring fiscal integrity, reducing costs, increasing undergraduate engagement, and improving organizational communications.

Directs that copies of the resolution be provided to Dr. Glover, the Beta Delta Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and the Capitol Press Corps.
