Commends and congratulates Castro Coleman (Mr. Sipp, "The Mississippi Blues Child") on winning the 2014 champion title at the 30th Annual International Blues Challenge held in Memphis, Tennessee on January 25, 2014.

Recognizes Mr. Sipp's musical accomplishments including over 125 credits, appearances on more than 50 national recordings, and several Grammy-nominated projects.

Notes Mr. Sipp distinguished himself among 250 bands from 40 states and 16 countries competing in the 2014 International Blues Challenge.

Highlights additional 2014 achievements including the Gibson Best Guitarist Award, Jus' Blues Bobby Rush Entertainers Award, Epiphone endorsement, National Artist of the Year nomination, and casting in the James Brown biopic "Get on Up."

Directs copies of the resolution to be provided to Mr. Sipp and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
