Commends and congratulates the Florence High School Army JROTC Drill Team for winning the 2014-2015 Army JROTC Drill Team State Championship held at Jackson State University on December 13, 2014, defeating 24 competitor teams.

Recognizes the team's achievements including victories in both Armed Division and Unarmed Division competitions and earning 13 total awards at the state meet.

Honors Master Sergeant Todd Norris for coaching and inspiring the drill team, along with school leadership including Principal Tony Martin and other administrators who supported the team's success.

Notes that the 25-member drill team maintained an impressive combined grade point average of 3.71 out of 4.00 while training extensively for the championship.

Directs that copies of the resolution be provided to Florence High School, Master Sergeant Todd Norris, and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
