Commends and congratulates the Neshoba Central High School Lady Rockets Slow-pitch Softball Team for winning the 2014 MHSAA Class 5A-6A State Championship for the third consecutive year.

Lady Rockets defeated West Harrison 13-3 and 10-0 in the championship series on October 25, 2014, at Freedom Ridge Park in Ridgeland, sweeping 2-0.

Team finished with a 35-1 season record, outscored opponents 533-139, and posted a .532 team batting average.

Recognizes Head Coach Trae Embry, Assistant Coaches Zach Sanders and Taylor Petty, and lists all 28 members of the roster.

Directs copies of the resolution be furnished to Head Coach Trae Embry, school principal John Bowen, and Capitol Press Corps.
