Recognizes her 31-year career including more than 20 years serving as administrative assistant and committee secretary to the Judiciary A, Judiciary B, and Judiciary En Banc Committees

Acknowledges her educational achievements including a bachelor's degree in business with Magna Cum Laude distinction and a master's degree in counseling with Suma Cum Laude distinction from Jackson State University

Notes her service as a licensed minister ordained in 2009, including dedication to kingdom building, mission work, and service as a life coach and mentor to Alcoholics Anonymous and Prison Ministry

Directs copies of the resolution be furnished to Mrs. Bailes and members of the Capitol Press Corps
