Commends and congratulates Fred "Austin" Schiel of Burnsville, Mississippi, for achieving the Eagle Scout Award from Troop 75, Yocona Area Council.

Recognizes Austin's Eagle Scout project involving renovation of the parking lot at Go4th Ministries, including cleaning, weed removal, crack filling, restriping, and landscaping.

Notes Austin earned 30 merit badges and received additional honors including the Arrow of Light as a Cub Scout and Gold, Bronze, and Silver Duke of Edinburgh's Awards.

Acknowledges Austin's community service, including helping replace roofing on homes damaged by a tornado in Tupelo, Mississippi.
