Commends Representative Joseph Lawrence Warren for 36 years of consecutive service in the Mississippi House of Representatives representing District 90 (formerly District 91), which includes portions of Covington, Forrest, Jefferson Davis, Marion and Simpson Counties.

Recognizes Warren's career progression from his election in 1979 and service beginning in 1980, rising to serve as Vice Chairman of Judiciary A Committee (1988), Vice Chairman of Rules Committee (1992), and Chairman of Judiciary, Education, Rules, and Local and Private Legislation Committees (1996-2013).

Notes Warren's participation on 23 House committees including Agriculture, Appropriations, Banking and Financial Services, Constitution, Education, Judiciary A and B, and Transportation.
