Commends the Pearl River Community College Wildcats Men's Basketball Team for winning the 2015 Mississippi Association of Community and Junior Colleges (MACJC) Basketball Championship with a 25-4 overall record, defeating Holmes 65-54 in the title game.

Recognizes Head Coach Richard Mathis for his 23-year tenure leading the team to seven state titles and for refining player execution and knowledge of the game.

Honors three freshmen standouts: Cortez Mitchell and Darral Willis named to All-MACJC South Division and All-Region 23 squads, and Malik Clements receiving All-MACJC honorable mention recognition.

Acknowledges the team's success was built on teamwork and sportsmanship, with 14 players and coaching staff executing their roles effectively.

Directs distribution of the resolution to Pearl River Community College, Head Coach Richard Mathis, and the Capitol Press Corps.
