Directs the Mississippi Department of Human Services to develop and implement a SNAP Pre-Screening Eligibility Tool website to help applicants determine their eligibility for SNAP benefits.

Website tool allows users to input household size, earned income, property ownership, housing costs, utilities, child support, daycare expenses, medical bills, and government payments to assess eligibility.

Clarifies the pre-screening tool is not an official SNAP application and that actual eligibility and benefit amounts will be determined by local DHS offices upon formal application submission.

Requires the website to include basic information on how to apply for SNAP benefits and directions for contacting a SNAP Hotline operated by DHS for additional assistance.

Permits DHS and the Mississippi Department of Information Technology Services to contract with vendors meeting their requirements to develop and implement the website tool, effective July 1, 2015.
