Requires state agencies providing disability services to prioritize competitive employment in integrated settings as the first option when planning services for working-age persons with disabilities (age 14 and older).

Defines "competitive employment" as full-time or part-time work in community settings where compensation is comparable to customary wages paid to workers without disabilities for the same work.

Directs the Mississippi Disability Resource Commission to monitor state agency implementation, request measurable goals and objectives from agencies, track progress, and submit annual reports to the Governor and Legislature.

Authorizes state agencies to adopt rules and regulations to implement the act and requires agencies to coordinate efforts and share data to support integrated competitive employment opportunities.

Effective date is July 1, 2015, with all commission appointments to be made no later than August 1, 2015, and the commission to convene by September 1, 2015.
