Authorizes the issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags for Mississippi residents who support Byram Middle School, with the tag design and color determined by the Department of Revenue in consultation with the school's principal.

Imposes an additional fee of $30.00 annually for distinctive license tags, paid by vehicle owners at the time of initial application and at each annual renewal.

Distributes each $30.00 fee as follows: $24.00 to Byram Middle School, $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to the State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2; the county tax collector retains $2.00 for county general fund.

Requires applications through county tax collectors on Department of Revenue forms, with regular license tags surrendered upon issuance of distinctive tags and up to two license decals issued.

Takes effect July 1, 2015, with replacement tags available for $10.00 in case of loss or theft.
