Amends Section 99-3-7 to include violation of criminal protection orders as grounds for mandatory arrest by law enforcement officers, placing criminal protection order violations on the same basis as violations of civil domestic violence protection orders.

Requires court clerks to enter all criminal protection orders issued under Section 97-3-7(11) into the Mississippi Protection Order Registry within 24 hours of issuance with no exceptions for weekends or holidays.

Expands the Mississippi Protection Order Registry to include both civil and criminal domestic abuse protection orders and requires transmission of qualifying orders to the National Criminal Information Center Protection Order File.

Makes knowingly violating a criminal protection order a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to $500 or up to 6 months in county jail, or both.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
