Establishes a Maternal Mortality Review Committee under the Mississippi State Department of Health to review maternal deaths and develop prevention strategies

Requires annual reports to legislative committees by December 1, including numbers, causes, and demographic information on maternal deaths, with a separate report specifically on deaths occurring during abortion procedures

Grants the committee access to medical records from health care providers, facilities, pharmacies, the State Medical Examiner, coroners, law enforcement, and other agencies

Provides liability protection for health care providers who share records in good faith and protects committee members from being questioned in legal proceedings about committee discussions

All information collected is confidential, not subject to public records requests, and inadmissible as evidence in any court or legal proceeding
