Radioactive material license fees set at 25% of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC) annual fees found in 10 CFR 171.16

Mississippi State Board of Health authorized to approve fees for entities not regulated by the NRC, including general licenses, x-rays, x-ray services, reciprocity licenses, accelerators, neutron generators, nuclear reactors, and Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials (NORM)

Eliminates the previous detailed statutory fee schedules that specified exact dollar amounts for various radioactive material licenses, x-ray tubes, industrial radiography, and other radiological equipment

All initial application, registration, and annual fees deposited into the Radiological Health Operations Fund in the State Treasury

Effective date of July 1, 2015
