Establishes tiered penalties for indecent exposure: first offense is a misdemeanor with fine up to $500 or up to 6 months imprisonment; second offense is a misdemeanor with fine up to $1,000 or up to 1 year imprisonment.

Creates felony charge for third or subsequent indecent exposure offense, punishable by fine up to $5,000 or imprisonment up to 5 years in state penitentiary.

Increases penalties for indecent exposure involving children under age 16 or by registered sex offenders: first offense is a misdemeanor with fine up to $1,000 or 1 year imprisonment; second or subsequent offense is a felony with fine up to $5,000 or up to 5 years in Department of Corrections custody.

Exempts breastfeeding from indecent exposure violations.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
