Amends Mississippi Code Section 93-11-65 to extend child support obligations for children who are physically or mentally incapable of self-support beyond age 21.

Modifies emancipation provision to state that duty of support terminates at age 21 "unless the child is determined to be mentally or physically incapable of self-support before reaching the age of twenty-one."

Allows courts to continue enforcing child support obligations for disabled children after they would normally reach the age of majority.

Takes effect upon passage.
