Establishes a compressed natural gas school bus grant pilot program administered by the State Department of Education to provide grant funds for school districts to purchase four CNG-fueled school buses and related fueling infrastructure per district.

Allocates $180,000 in grant funds per participating school district.

Requires the State Board of Education to select one school district from each of Mississippi's four congressional districts to participate in the pilot program through a formal application process.

Directs the State Board of Education to regularly evaluate the pilot program, including analysis of fuel costs and savings, and report to the Legislature in the 2018 Regular Session on whether to extend the program statewide.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
