Requires driver's licenses and identification cards to display "PDD" designation upon presentation of a letter from a licensed physician or psychologist verifying diagnosis of a pervasive developmental disorder.

Applies the PDD designation to new, renewal, or duplicate driver's licenses, temporary driving permits, intermediate licenses, commercial driver's licenses, and identification cards.

Mandates the Board on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Training establish regulations requiring at least 6 hours of mental health and behavioral training in initial law enforcement certification programs and at least 1 hour in continuing education programs.

Requires law enforcement training to focus on recognizing behavioral characteristics of autism, Asperger's syndrome, and other mental or medical conditions with atypical developmental symptoms that may be mistaken as suspicious behavior.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
