Defines "autocycle" as a motor vehicle with three wheels that is completely enclosed with a roll cage, automotive controls, airbags, and seat belts.

Exempts autocycles from the requirement to obtain a motorcycle endorsement license for operation.

Requires occupants of autocycles to wear seat belts but exempts autocycles from motorcycle helmet requirements.

Includes autocycles under the Mississippi Motor Vehicle Commission Law and Motor Vehicle Warranty Enforcement Act.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
