Authorizes Mississippi residents to purchase distinctive motor vehicle license tags identifying them as supporters of East Webster High School upon payment of standard taxes, fees, and an additional $30.00 fee.

County tax collectors retain $2.00 of the additional fee for the county general fund, with the remainder remitted monthly to the Department of Revenue.

Distributes each $30.00 additional fee as follows: $24.00 to East Webster High School, $1.00 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to the special fund in Section 27-19-44.2.

Requires surrender of regular license tag upon issuance of the distinctive tag and authorizes up to two license decals that expire with the regular tag year; replacement tags cost $10.00 with a 5% retention by tax collectors.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
