Amends Mississippi Code Section 33-15-15 to extend workers' compensation and death benefits coverage to personnel registered in the Mississippi Responder Management System who are not otherwise covered by existing provisions.

Provides compensation for injuries, disabilities, or death to registered responders while responding to officially declared emergencies or participating in emergency preparedness training, in accordance with Mississippi Workers' Compensation Law payment schedules.

Establishes that the state shall reimburse heirs in case of death or injured individuals for benefits owed under the workers' compensation system.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
