Authorizes county and municipal governing authorities to reduce or waive privilege license taxes on a fiscal year basis for any category of business.

Allows local governments discretionary authority to modify license amounts through official order recorded in meeting minutes.

Applies to all privilege license categories, including businesses with 3 or fewer employees ($20), businesses with 4-10 employees ($30), larger businesses ($30 plus $3 per employee over 10, capped at $150), and manufacturers ($80).

Effective July 1, 2015.
