Amends Mississippi Code Section 27-31-1 to add a new exemption from ad valorem taxation for leases that grant hunting and/or fishing privileges on sixteenth section school lands.

The exemption applies to leases, sublease contracts, lease agreements, leaseholds, and subleasehold interests that specifically grant hunting and/or fishing rights on sixteenth section school lands.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
